- If cancelling 72 hours or more before our date, the deposit may be transferred to a date in the next 30 days, subject to availability.
- If cancelling 24 - 72 hours before our date, the deposit will be forfeited.
- If cancelling less than 24 hours before our date, 100% of the booking cost must be paid prior to rebooking.
- Clients who NCNS will be unable to book future dates.
- These policies apply regardless of when date was booked.
